Who is Liam?

Liam Alexander is a critically acclaimed internationally exhibited fine artist and creative director with the intention of catalyzing social change through artistic expression. Liam has created community focussed independent creative projects such as: IThou at the NYU Kimmel Galleries, The Exchange at Rush Arts, and the forthcoming documentary series #StrokeofGenius (2019). His work has been featured in gallery exhibitions through out the United States, internationally at the second annual Toolkit Festival in Venice, Italy and published in magazines like Nylon and Rolling Stone. He has created projects for major brands like Wix.com, The City of New York, Samsung and Renaissance Hotels.

Liam sits on the board of directors of the American Society of Media Photographers, New York Chapter, producing programming for to inspire, educate and advocate for the photography community. He is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, and the Creative Director of The Influencers, a community of over 1000 high-impact influencers from across every industry.

Bio

Liam Alexander is a fine artist and community leader.

He works in the medium of collage, using his own photographs and videos as subject matter.

His work has been featured in gallery exhibitions and art fairs across the United States & published in magazines like Kolaj, Nylon, and Rolling Stone. He's created film, art, and other projects for major brands like Wix.com, The City of New York, Volvo, Samsung, SAP, The Glenlivet, and Renaissance Hotels.

Affiliations

Liam currently serves as the New York chapter president of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), producing programming to inspire, educate and advocate for the photography community. He is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, and the Creative Director of The Influencers, a community of over 1000 high-impact influential individuals from across every industry. he is the Co-Founder of The Bridge Program and Being an Artist.
